NOVELTY - Method for preparing continuous film graphene conducting sheet comprises annealing metal sheet under atmosphere of non-oxidizing gas and protective gas, introducing carbon-containing gas into metal sheet, placing metal sheet on lining bottom of heat-resistant pipe, providing furnace body outside heat-resistant pipe, providing air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe at both ends of heat-resistant pipe along two ends of the air intake direction along the two ends, and using PET coated with uniform heat-conducting silica gel to remove multilayer graphene continuous film from solution, and using adhesive tape to directly remove multi-layer graphene continuous membrane from metal sheet and using chemical reagent or heating method to remove adhesive tape, and pressing multilayer graphene continuous membranes on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) coated with a uniform heat conductivity gel to press the multi-layered graphene constant membrane on PET to remove the continuous membrane. USE - The method is useful for preparing continuous film graphene conducting sheet used in electronic digital product including computer, mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), portable multimedia player (PMP), digital camera, digital video camera (DVC). ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer graphene continuous film heat conducting sheet has high thermal conductivity, and improved effect of heat conducting and radiating the electronic digital product. The method is simple and easy, has high repeatability, and is convenient, and does not cause pollution. The metal sheet is high purity copper foil or high purity nickel foil or copper-nickel alloy, and the thickness of the graphene-layer continuous film is 1-100 microns.
