NOVELTY - Anti-Polonium-210 interior wall paint includes 80-100 pts. wt. of attapulgite powder, 10-12 pts. wt. of organic bentonite, 0.5-3.0 pts. wt. of magnetite powder and 0.2-2.0 pts. wt. of graphene oxide solution. USE - Anti-Polonium-210 interior wall paint. ADVANTAGE - The anti-Polonium-210 interior wall paint has attapulgite powder, organic bentonite, magnetite powder and graphene oxide solution to increase the adsorption capacity of interior wall coatings for polonium-210, so that when fly ash is used as a resource and used as an admixture for concrete, it is widely used in construction projects, and interior wall paint can absorb polonium-210, and the polonium-210 can be enclosed in the interior wall paint to prevent the volatilization of polonium-210 into the human body, improves the safety of the utilization of fly ash, and has a broad market application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of anti-Polonium-210 interior wall paint, which involves: (A) taking 80 wt.% deionized water according to the proportion, pouring into the container, then pour the graphene oxide solution with a concentration of 0.08 mg/ml according to the proportion, ultrasonically stirring for 30 minutes, and then keeping for 15 minutes; (B) stirring at low speed, add PH regulator, dispersant, defoamer, wetting agent, thickener, leveling agent, preservative and bactericide according to the proportion, and mixing uniformly; (C) stirring at medium speed, add titanium dioxide, attapulgite powder, organic bentonite, titanium magnetite powder (or vanadium magnetite powder, vanadium titanium magnetite powder) according to the proportion, then adding ethylene glycol and 5 wt.% adjustment water, and stirring uniformly to obtain coarse slurry; (D) dispersing at high speed, put the coarse slurry into a sand mill for grinding to obtain a fine slurry; (E) adjusting the pH to 4.7 plus minus 0.1 of the fine slurry, slowly adding to the proportional polymer emulsion, then adding the remaining amount of antifoaming agent and preservative, and continue to stirring for about 30 minutes; and (F) using the remaining deionized water to adjust the viscosity, and filtering packaging.
