NOVELTY - The method involves forming a first graphene thin film on a first substrate. A second graphene thin film is formed on a second substrate. Anti-corrosion compound is coated on the second graphene thin film. A corrosion resistant coating layer is dried. The second substrate is removed. The first graphene thin film is arranged on the second graphene thin film for forming a graphene thin film overlap layer. The corrosion resistant coating layer is removed from the graphene thin film overlap layer. Required graphene thin film overlap layer thickness is determined. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphite alkenyl bottom electrode.
