▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant and smoke-proof mask material with respiration monitoring function, comprises (i) adopting carbon dioxide laser direct writing method to generate laser-induced graphene on one side of polyphenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) non-woven fabric, obtain one side to be laser-induced graphene, other side is Janus type graphene/PBO non-woven fabric of PBO fiber, (ii) dissolving piezoelectric polymer, intumescent flame retardant and nano-silicon dioxide in good solvent for piezoelectric polymer to prepare a homogeneous electrostatic direct writing spinning solution, (iii) carrying out electrostatic direct writing with electrostatic direct writing spinning solution as raw material, obtain piezoresistive combustion film, (iv) using piezoresistive combustion film as middle layer, and using Janus-type graphene/PBO nonwoven fabric as outer layer and inner layer, and sewing process. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant and smoke-proof mask material with respiration monitoring function, which is used in firefighting and rescue work. ADVANTAGE - The mask material has high filtration efficiency, good filtration effect, low respiratory resistance, good air permeability, excellent flame retardancy, and meets the comfort requirement for long-term wearing, has good piezoelectric output performance, which realizes the monitoring of the breathing signal of the human body.
