NOVELTY - A graphene intercalation catalyst preparing method involves stirring and mixing graphite oxide and metal chloride at low temperature according to mole ratio to obtain a graphite oxide having metal atom intercalation. The graphite oxide is added into ethanol, heated and stirred to obtain a suspension. The suspension is added with tetrabutyl titanate, nitrate and a complexing agent in a constant temperature water bath to carry out ultrasonic peeling, and stirred at constant temperature to obtain a xerogel. The xerogel is subjected to high temperature sintering process, followed by performing hydrogen plasma annealing treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a graphene intercalation catalyst that is utilized in hydrogen fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene intercalation catalyst with high catalytic efficiency, high catalytic activity and better stability.
