▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A composition comprises 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. chaff, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. rectorite, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. nano silica, and 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide. USE - Composition is used for treating wastewater discharged from printing plant. ADVANTAGE - The composition has wide application range, and can be prepared by simple process, and can efficiently and economically treat printing wastewater with high adsorption capacity and selectivity, and without causing environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composition, which involves adding chaff into a reactor, activating in 400-600 degrees C-water vapor for 10-30 minutes and cooling for 10-20 minutes, obtaining pretreated chaff, uniformly mixing the pretreated chaff with rectorite and titanium dioxide, grinding to 100-500-mesh mixture, adding graphene, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and nano silica, uniformly mixing in a high-speed mixer, controlling the temperature of mixture at 50-100 degrees C, adding the resultant composition into a screw extruder, and extruding at 100-500 rpm. The extrusion is carried out in 5 zones including a zone (z1) at 180-230 degrees C, a zone (z2) at 240-280 degrees C, a zone (z3) at 260-225 degrees C, a zone (z4) at 215-180 degrees C and a zone (z5) at 180-160 degrees C.
