▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Electro catalyst comprises nitrogen-doped carbon-based material as a catalyst carrier and load multi-component metals to binary and/or ternary metal supported catalyst and denoted as NM-TM/NC-T, where NM comprises platinum, palladium, ruthenium, gold, rhodium, iridium and/or silver and comprises nickel, cobalt, copper and/or iron transition metals. The amount of NM in the catalyst is 3-9 wt.% and the amount of TM in the catalyst is 3-15 wt.%. USE - The electro catalyst is useful for electrocatalytic oxidation of alkaline methanol or ethanol and electrocatalytic oxidation of alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electro catalyst has high reaction rate, good carbon monoxide toxicity resistance, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection; is non-toxic and harmless and has low reaction temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electro catalyst.
