NOVELTY - The modulator has a terahertz intensity modulator that includes nanometer-sized gold particle layer (61) for absorbing free electron in incident pump light wave (22). The nanometer-sized gold particle layer is formed by plasma resonance, and photon pumping light wave is transmitted to graphene layer (62). The nanometer-sized gold particle layer is provided for absorbing photon, and graphene layer is provided to absorb pump light generated by graphene photon excitation. The graphene containing layer is provided for driving photo-induced carrier movement of substrate. USE - Full light control terahertz intensity modulator. ADVANTAGE - The full control of the graphene super terahertz intensity modulator is provided by nano-gold particle reinforced graphite, thus the absorption efficiency of the photon can be improved. The absorption of terahertz wave can be strengthened, and modulation effect of the modulator can be enhanced.
