NOVELTY - Method comprising pre-cleaning the surface of the titanium alloy substrate by taking the titanium alloy substrate, grinding sandpaper, orderly using acetone solution, de-ionized water, sodium hydroxide, de-ionized water, mixed acid solution, de-ionized water washing, vacuum drying; taking the titanium alloy substrate after pre-cleaning, plating the copper layer on the surface; obtaining the pre-treated substrate, introducing in phosphate buffer solution, adding copper sulfate solution, reacting, reacting, using de-ionized water, anhydrous ethanol alternately washing, drying, ball milling, ultrasonic dispersing, introducing in the material B, mixing stirring and reacting adding lacquer phenol and ammonium persulfate, adding formaldehyde, adjusting pH, reacting for 2-3 hours at 85-90 degrees C, cooling adding curing agent, continuously stirring, taking out and using de-ionized water, anhydrous ethanol alternately washing and vacuum drying. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high strength corrosion resistant titanium alloy comprising (i) preparing material; 2) pre-cleaning the surface of the titanium alloy substrate by taking the titanium alloy substrate, grinding sandpaper, orderly using acetone solution, de-ionized water, sodium hydroxide, de-ionized water, mixed acid solution, de-ionized water washing, vacuum drying; iii) plating copper on the surface: taking the titanium alloy substrate after pre-cleaning, plating the copper layer on the surface; obtaining the pre-treated substrate, (iv) taking the pre-processing base body, introducing in phosphate buffer solution, soaking in the water bath temperature of 30-35 , adding copper sulfate solution, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours, reacting, using de-ionized water, anhydrous ethanol alternately washing, 5) taking aqueous epoxy resin and de-ionized water, mixing and stirring, adding filler, silane coupling agent, film-forming auxiliary agent, emulsifying agent, antifoaming agent, dispersing agent and modified graphene, ball milling, ultrasonic dispersing to obtain the material B; 6) taking the substrate A, introducing in the material B, mixing and stirring, then adding phenol solution, hydrochloric acid solution of aniline, adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding lacquer phenol and ammonium persulfate, stirring and reacting for 1-1.5 hours, adding formaldehyde; solid sodium hydroxide, adjusting pH, reacting for 2-3 hours at 85-90 degrees C , cooling to 20-30 degrees C, adding curing agent, continuously stirring, taking out and using de-ionized water, anhydrous ethanol alternately washing, vacuum drying An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high-strength corrosion-resistant titanium alloy prepared by the method
