NOVELTY - Long-acting composite microcapsule asphalt pavement self-repairing agent comprises outer large microcapsules and inner small microcapsules. The outer large microcapsules are composed of large microcapsule wall materials. The large microcapsule core material wrapped in the large microcapsule wall material and the nano-enhancer dispersed in the large microcapsule core material are composed of inner small microcapsules are dispersed in the large microcapsule core material. The inner small microcapsule is composed of a small microcapsule wall material and a small microcapsule core material wrapped in the small microcapsule wall material. USE - The self-healing agent is used in asphalt mixtures (claimed) and road material repairing and preventative maintenance. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the self- repairing ability of asphalt mixed material in the micro-crack damage, and improves the mechanical property of the mixed material to a certain extent; enhances the repairing effect, and improves the mechanical properties of the asphalt concrete, anti-fatigue performance and service life; prolongs the timeliness of asphalt pavement self-recovery; and greatly improve the service quality, service life and durability of the pavement.
