NOVELTY - Preparing mineral graphene imitation down cotton involves weighing 60 wt.% polyester fiber, 20 wt.% hollow fiber, and 20 wt.% low-melting fiber, and mixing with the graphene solution and melt-spun to obtain mixed fibers, transferring mixed fiber into the cotton box by vibration, comb into a mesh by a carding machine, cross-laying the mesh by a reciprocating forming machine, and laying into a net-like down cotton with the required thickness and weighing, transferring the net-like imitation down cotton into the drying room, and gradually heating to melt the low-melting fiber. The mesh pieces are connected to each other, and cooled by the cooling stick, the imitation down cotton is made. USE - Method for preparing mineral graphene imitation down cotton. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare mineral graphene imitation down cotton has conductivity, and improves insulating performance of the down-like cotton.
