▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cobalt salt and sodium salt are dissolved separately in deionized water to obtain cobalt salt solution and sodium salt solution. Equal volume of cobalt salt solution and sodium salt solution are mixed, stirred and ammonia is added to obtained mixed solution to obtain cobalt-ammonia complex solution containing sodium salt. Hydrogen peroxide is added to resultant solution, hydrothermally treated, and deionized water is added to obtained black precipitate, and washed to obtain graphene tetroxide tricobalt thin film. USE - Preparation of graphene tetroxide tricobalt nanofilm used for manufacturing electrode sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene tetroxide tricobalt nanofilm with high productivity, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cobalt salt and sodium salt are dissolved separately in deionized water to obtain 250-400 g/L cobalt salt solution and 180-300 g/L sodium salt solution. Equal volume of cobalt salt solution and sodium salt solution are mixed, and stirred at constant temperature in water bath to obtain a mixed solution. Ammonia is added to the obtained mixed solution and stirred to obtain cobalt-ammonia complex solution containing sodium salt. Hydrogen peroxide is added to resultant solution, and hydrothermally treated to obtain black precipitate. The amount of hydrogen peroxide is 120-300 ml with respect to 1 L of solution. The black precipitate is added with deionized water, and washed using absolute ethanol under dry air atmosphere, to obtain graphene tetroxide tricobalt thin film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electrode sheet, which involves mixing graphene tetroxide tricobalt thin film, conductive agent and binder, obtaining slurry, uniformly coating on pretreated foamed nickel, drying and tableting.
