NOVELTY - Use of graphene is claimed in manufacture of device for enhancing immunity and improving removal efficiency of serum urea nitrogen. USE - The graphene is useful in manufacture of device for enhancing immunity to increase thymus index, increase proliferation ability of lymphocytes, and increase activity of natural killer cells to kill tumor cells, treating tumor and improving removal efficiency of serum urea nitrogen. The tumor is a hematological tumor. The hematological tumor is leukemia or lymphoma, the leukemia is myeloid leukemia, preferably chronic myelogenous leukemia, the lymphoma is a T cell lymphoma (all claimed).
