NOVELTY - Preparing elastomer material comprises (a) completely mixing the waste vulcanized rubber powder with a modifier containing at least one stable nitrogen-oxygen free radicals, and (b) thermally cross-linking the mixed rubber to obtain the elastomer material. USE - The method is useful for preparing elastomer material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for the rubber processing device. The prepared elastomer material: is environment-friendly, has excellent mechanical property, high tensile strength (up to 12-19 Mpa), elongation at break (up to 200-360%) and high repeatability Processing efficiency ( not less than not less than 80%).
