The high-resilience composite substrate layer comprises high-resilience knitting layer (11) and substrate layer main body (12) covered on outer side of high-resilience knitting layer. The high-resilience knitting layer specifically comprises multiple groups of resilience piece arranged in parallel and connecting piece for connecting the connecting resilience piece. The substrate layer main body comprises high molecular polyester, inorganic composite flame retardant, foaming agent and composite fiber. The composite nonwoven fabric layer comprises nonwoven fabric base material, nonwoven fabric auxiliary agent and auxiliary agent. The nonwoven fabric base material is prepared by mixing polyvinyl acetal fiber, polyamide fiber, acetate butyrate fiber and viscose fiber. USE - The ultra-light and high-resilience sound-absorbing cotton is used for automobile damping system, specifically automobile damping and sound-absorbing (claimed). The high-resilience composite substrate layer comprises high-resilience knitting layer (11) and substrate layer main body (12) covered on outer side of high-resilience knitting layer. The high-resilience knitting layer specifically comprises multiple groups of resilience piece arranged in parallel and connecting piece for connecting the connecting resilience piece. The substrate layer main body comprises 40-48 wt.% high molecular polyester, 8.0-9.6 wt.% inorganic composite flame retardant, 2.0-2.4 wt.% foaming agent and balance composite fiber. The composite nonwoven fabric layer comprises 55-60 wt.% nonwoven fabric base material, 38-53 wt.% nonwoven fabric auxiliary agent and 1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent. The nonwoven fabric base material is prepared by mixing polyvinyl acetal fiber, polyamide fiber, acetate butyrate fiber and viscose fiber according to mass ratio of 1:3-3.5:1-2.7:5. The nonwoven fabric auxiliary material is metal nano ions. The auxiliary agent comprises toughener. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ultra-light and high-resilience sound-absorbing cotton comprising mixing high molecular polyester, inorganic composite flame retardant, foaming agent and composite fiber, heating to 90-110 degrees C, uniformly stirring, pouring into mold, cooling to 60-70 degrees C, soaking high-resilience knitting layer, curing at 60 degrees C for 8-10 hours, curing to 80-90 degrees C for 8-10 hours, demolding to obtain high-resilience composite substrate layer, preparing composite nonwoven fabric layer, processing high-resilience knitting layer to flat vulcanizing machine to needed thickness, heating surface of high-resilience composite substrate layer, adhering composite non-woven fabric layer on surface of high-resilience composite substrate layer by adhesive when surface temperature is heated to 40-50 degrees C, and adhering soft external decorative layer to surface of composite non-woven fabric layer.
