▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based flexible bionic sensing material by three-dimensional printing comprises (i) dissolving the reduced graphene oxide in an organic solvent and mixing to obtain RGO dispersion, (ii) dissolving the flexible high molecular polymer in an organic solvent and fully mixing to obtain high molecular solution, (iii) mixing the RGO dispersion of step (i) and the polymer solution of step (ii) to obtain mixed solution, stirring and homogenizing mixture by a high-speed homogenizer, and vacuum drying into graphene polymer film, (iv) adding the film of step (iii) to an internal mixer for melting, blending, drying and pelletizing, and then adding into a single-screw extruder for extruding the wire, and(v) processing wire extruded in the step (iv) and molding using a 3D printer according to the designed bionic composite sensing material model. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based flexible bionic sensing material by three-dimensional printing. ADVANTAGE - The method: can be more accurate; simulates the porous honeycomb structure; improves the honeycomb structure, and the material sensing performance.
