NOVELTY - Preparing ultrafine silver powder loaded graphene quantum dot comprises (1) dispersing graphene in dimethylformamide, reacting by heating, cooling, filtering, and purifying to obtain graphene quantum dot solution, (2) adding Arabic gum powder to ascorbic acid solution, adding silver nitrate solution dropwise to react, centrifuging and washing resulting product, and dispersing in deionized water to obtain a silver solution, (3) stirring and mixing graphene quantum dot solution with silver nitrate, and mixing solid product obtained after centrifugal separation into an aqueous dispersion, and (4) adding aqueous dispersion dropwise to the silver solution, washing and drying resultant reaction product to obtain target product. USE - Method for preparing ultrafine silver powder loaded graphene quantum dot is useful for photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The method: overcome traditional dispersant for inhibiting silver particle conductivity; and improves conductivity of superfine silver powder, and conductivity of silver electronic slurry in silicon solar cell.
