▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing green synthetic macrocyclic compound modified graphene oxide reduction catalyst comprises e.g. (i) using natural graphite powder, adding into a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphorus pentoxide and potassium persulfate, heating in oil, stirring under magnetic conditions, cooling, washing and drying, (ii) adding concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate into the pre-oxidized graphite, and controlling the temperature, and reacting the oil in the oil bath, diluting with water and controlling temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, dialysis and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing green synthetic macrocyclic compound modified graphene oxide reduction catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses the solvent heating method or hydrothermal method to realize the one-step synthesis of macrocyclic composite modified graphene, with facile condition, does not need high temperature or high pressure, and is simple in process and easy for industrial production. The catalyst has good catalytic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing green synthetic macrocyclic compound modified graphene oxide reduction catalyst comprises (i) using 1 pts. wt. natural graphite powder, adding into a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphorus pentoxide and potassium persulfate in a mass ratio of 5-20:1-3:1-3, heating in oil bath at 50-100 degrees C, stirring under magnetic conditions, cooling to room temperature and washing and drying to obtain pre-oxidized graphite, (ii) adding the concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 20-80 and the potassium permanganate with the mass fraction of 3-10 into the resulting obtained pre-oxidized graphite, and controlling the temperature not greater than 20 degrees C, and then reacting the oil in the oil bath at 30-50 degrees C for 1-10 hours, diluting with water and controlling the whole process temperature is not greater than 50 degrees C; by adding 3-10 pts. wt. 30% concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution, and other solutions into bright yellow, then adding 50-100 pts. wt. 12 mol/l concentrated hydrochloric acid solution, then adding into dialysis bag for dialysis, after completion of dialysis, drying the solution to obtain graphite oxide, (iii) adding the dispersing agent and the macrocyclic compound into the graphite oxide obtained in the step (ii), ultrasonically dispersing, and the mass ratio of the graphite oxide and the macrocyclic compound is 10-2000:1; (iv) adding the green reducing agent into the solution obtained in step (iii), transferring into the reaction kettle, reacting at 50-200 degrees C for 1-24 hours, and the mass ratio of the graphite oxide and the green reducing agent is 1:10-50; and (v) using resulting obtained product washing and drying to obtain macrocyclic compound modified graphene oxide reduction catalyst.
