NOVELTY - Preparing graphene outer layer/phosphonated nickel interlayer/nickel inner layer frame composite material comprises (1) providing foam nickel/graphene, the graphene in the foam nickel/graphene is the shell layer, and the foam nickel is the core layer, (2) etching foamed nickel/graphene in an acidic solution to obtain an etched foamed nickel/grapheme, the concentration of hydrogen ions in the acidic solution is 0.05-10 mol/l, and (3) phosphating the etched foam nickel/graphene to obtain a graphene outer layer/phosphonium nickel interlayer/nickel inner layer frame composite material. USE - The preparing graphene outer layer/phosphonated nickel interlayer/nickel inner layer frame composite material is useful in energy conversion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: improves active site exposure, mass transfer and electron transmission, and energy conversion efficiency.
