NOVELTY - The method involves selecting then cleaning graphite raw material. Using a blower, the graphite raw material is dried by blowing air at normal temperature. The raw material is put in a drying device and dried with argon gas for one to two hours, and then taken out for crushing and grinding in a period of 2-3 hours. A surface-active agent material is poured into the grinding device set to a temperature of 100-270degrees Celsius, and grinding speed is 50-150 revolutions per minute. The resulting composite materials poured together with paraffin into a continuous screw extruder set to temperature of 80-320degrees Celsius and extrusion pressure of 40-60 mega pascals, obtaining graphite fine powder. Pulse shock wave is applied to the powder. The powder is dispersed by high pressure airflow while exposed to alternating electric field for peeling.
