NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-flame retardant nylon involves adding coupling agent into 95% ethanol aqueous solution to obtain solution, mixing graphene and inorganic flame retardant, adding glass fiber into processing liquid and adding ammonia water to adjust pH value to 10-12, stirring at high speed to obtain graphene composite flame-retarding material. The composite material is stirred and evaporated at 80-90 degrees C until mixture is pasty, dried for 12 hours at 50-60 degrees C. The mixed inorganic flame retardant composite material powder is mixed with chinlon slice and coated with graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene-flame retardant nylon. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-flame retardant nylon has high specific surface area, reduces use amount of inorganic flame retardant.
