NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene (BB) involves adding a graphite-based material (AA) to a fluid containing a solvent which is stored in a reaction space of a reactor, and rotating the fluid to perform delamination (DD) of the graphite-based material by shear force generated by the rotational flow (CC) of the fluid. USE - Manufacture of graphene used in manufacture of semiconductor device and display apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of graphene with high quality using shear flow of the fluid.
