NOVELTY - The functional additive composition is composed of heat absorbing material having specific amount of graphene, expanded graphite, and purified water that are stirred while stirring as heat-dissipating material. An ultrapure water production process involves performing distilling and filtering several times in reverse pressure method to remove impurities. A graphene powder is agitated and expanded graphite powder, zinc oxide powder, alumina powder, and silicon carbide powder are mixed with ultrapure water at 30 to 90 degrees Celsius for 90 to 180 minutes at 250 to 2500 rpm. USE - Functional additive composition of cooling water for internal combustion engine installed in vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The heat generated inside the engine is absorbed, which improves fuel efficiency of internal combustion engine and reduces noise and smoke of internal combustion engine by lowering temperature of internal combustion engine to induce complete combustion.
