NOVELTY - The graphene liquid cold plate comprises an upper liquid cooling plate (6) and a lower liquid cooling board (1) connected by rolling, where the lower cooling plate is provided with a liquid inlet (3), a liquid outlet pipeline (8), liquid outlet (2), and multiple flow passage units (4). One end of the liquid outlet pipe is opened at the end opening at the bottom of the upper cooling plate, and the other end is connected to the flow passage unit. The flow channel unit is uniformly distributed with multiple separation blocks (5). The lower cooling plate is used to remove the liquid entrance pipeline. The liquid outlet pipes (7) and the flow channel units are tightly connected to an upper cooling plate. The separation block (5) is tightly connected with the upper cooling plate.
