NOVELTY - The device has a main body (1) whose rear end is provided with a control panel (2). A leg-binding sleeve (3) is installed at a front end of the main body. The main body comprises a frame body, a water tank, a heating ring, a pressure pump, an atomizing nozzle, a pedal device and graphene heating plate. The frame body is connected with the control panel. The water tank is fixed at a bottom end of the frame body. The heating ring is installed on a bottom end face of the water tank. An end of the pressure pump connected with a bottom end face of the water tank. Other end of the pressure pump is connected with an upper end of the water tank. USE - Diabetes foot-bath treating device. ADVANTAGE - The device uses an air outlet frame to collect an atomized liquid medicine, ensures that atomizing liquid medicine is flow guiding out, allows an atomized liquid medicine to flow upwards at an inclined angle, allows the liquid medicine to contact to a leg and knee of a patient, thus heating the leg and knee in a process of absorbing the liquid medicine, promoting blood circulation and adjusting an effect of diabetes.
