▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube or graphene ultrathin film is prepared by filtering carbon nanotube or graphene material dispersion; making carbon nanotube or graphene material form thin film on filtering film; at least peeling surface layer of thin film and filtering film; and obtaining carbon nanotube or graphene material ultrathin film. USE - Method for preparing carbon nanotube or graphene ultrathin film (claimed) used in preparations of materials of photo electronic device of chemical and biological sensor, field effect transistor, super capacitor, lithium ion battery electrode, and solar battery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes combinations of multiple types of compounds which have carbon nanotube or graphene structure. It has simple process, convenient operation, lower product cost, good repeatability and is suitable for large scale industrial production.
