NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene layer provided with a light angle regulating part. The graphene layer and a medium layer are provided with a transparent insulation layer that is provided with a transparent electrode layer. A bottom layer is provided with a back reflector through metal thin film. The light angle regulating part is provided with the transparent electrode layer. A bottom layer metal film is provided with a gate. The back reflector and the gate are provided with the resonance back reflection back gate structure. The graphene layer incident angle ranges between 80-90 degrees. USE - Graphene electric light modulator structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure effectively controls grid voltage between graphene and gate for adjusting absorption of infrared and visible light frequency range of a polarized light so as to control polarization intensity, thus reducing power consumption electric light modulator.
