NOVELTY - A high flame-retardant silicone sponge material comprises component (A) and component (B) which are mixed and cured. The component (A) comprises double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, silicone resin, reinforced filler, graphene, hydrogen containing silicone oil, carbon black, and crosslinking inhibitor. The component (B) comprises double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, silicone resin, reinforced filler, graphene, hydroxy silicone oil, zinc oxide, and catalyst. USE - High flame-retardant silicone sponge material used in building hollow block, vehicle seat, sofa, and mattress. ADVANTAGE - The high flame-retardant silicone sponge material has high compression strength, excellent resistance to permanent compression deformation, and not generates poisonous gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high flame-retardant silicone sponge material comprises component (A) and component (B) which are mixed in mass ratio of 1:1, and cured at 13-35 degrees C. The component (A) comprises 10-30 %mass double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 20-35 %mass double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, 8-18 %mass silicone resin, 6-20 %mass reinforced filler, 2-8 %mass graphene, 3-10 %mass hydrogen containing silicone oil, 0.2-1 %mass carbon black, and 0.01-0.05 %mass crosslinking inhibitor. The component (B) comprises 10-30 %mass double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 20-35 %mass double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, 8-18 %mass silicone resin, 6-20 %mass reinforced filler, 2-8 %mass graphene, 3-10 %mass hydroxy silicone oil, 0.5-1 %mass zinc oxide, and 0.0005-0.05 %mass catalyst. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high flame-retardant silicone sponge material, which involves (1) preparing component (A) by mixing double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, silicone resin, reinforced filler, graphene, and carbon black, dispersing the mixture in three-roller grinding machine at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, transferring to a planetary stirrer, adding hydrogen containing silicone oil and crosslinking inhibitor, slowly heating at 70-80 degrees C under stirring condition, continuously stirring for 60-90 minutes, vacuumizing, devolatilizing, and eliminating air bubbles, (2) preparing component (B) by mixing double-ended hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, double-ended vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, silicone resin, reinforced filler, graphene, and zinc oxide, dispersing the mixture in three-roller grinding machine at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, transferring to a planetary stirrer, adding hydroxy silicone oil and catalyst, slowly heating at 70-80 degrees C under stirring condition, continuously stirring for 60-90 minutes, vacuumizing, devolatilizing, and eliminating air bubbles, and (3) mixing the prepared component (A) and component (B) in mass ratio of 1:1 at 13-35 degrees C, and curing for 2-10 minutes.
