NOVELTY - Method of synthesizing solvent-free silver reduced graphene oxide hybrid conductive ink, involves (a) preparing an aqueous solution of graphene oxide by mixing a graphene oxide in water and ultrasonically processing the aqueous solution, (b) stirring the ultrasonically processed aqueous solution, (c) dripping a solution of a quaternary ammonium compound into the aqueous solution to form a mixture and stirring, (d) heating the mixture in a silicon bath while stirring the mixture, (e) adding a solution of silver nitrate into the mixture and stirring the mixture, (f) keeping the mixture without stirring, (g) heating the mixture while stirring the mixture, (h) dripping a reducing agent in the mixture and stirring, (i) centrifuging the mixture to separate out silver-reduced graphene oxide composite, (j) rinsing the silver-reduced graphene oxide composite with deionized water, and (k) mixing the rinsed silver-reduced graphene oxide composite with deionized water. USE - The method is used for synthesizing solvent-free silver reduced graphene oxide hybrid conductive ink, which is used for printing film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the properties of conductivity and dispersity, reduces the agglomeration of silver-reduced graphene oxide composite, and has compatibility for inkjet printing method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of synthesizing solvent-free silver reduced graphene oxide hybrid conductive ink, involves (a) preparing an aqueous solution of graphene oxide by mixing a predetermined amount of graphene oxide in water and ultrasonically processing the aqueous solution of graphene oxide for a predetermined time of at least 30 minutes, (b) stirring the ultrasonically processed aqueous solution of graphene oxide for at least 30 minutes, (c) dripping a solution of a quaternary ammonium compound into the aqueous solution of graphene oxide to form a mixture and stirring the mixture for at least 60 minutes at a predetermined rpm, (d) heating the mixture in a silicon bath up to predetermined temperature of 58-62 degrees C while stirring the mixture at the predetermined rpm for at least 60 minutes, (e) adding a solution of silver nitrate into the mixture and stirring the mixture for at least 15 minutes at the predetermined rpm, (f) keeping the mixture without stirring at 60 degrees C for at least a predetermined time period of 21 hours, (g) heating the mixture up to 78-80 degrees C for at least 60 minutes while stirring the mixture at the predetermined rpm, (h) dripping a reducing agent in the mixture and stirring the mixture for at least 4-5 hours at the predetermined rpm of 1000-1200, (i) centrifuging the mixture to separate out silver-reduced graphene oxide composite, where the centrifuging is performed at 10000 rpm for at least 60 minutes, (j) rinsing the silver-reduced graphene oxide composite with deionized water, and (k) mixing the rinsed silver-reduced graphene oxide composite with deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the solvent-free silver reduced graphene oxide hybrid conductive ink, comprising silver nanoparticles, reduced graphene oxide, where the silver nanoparticles are embedded on the reduced graphene oxide surfaces, ammonium quaternary ion, and deionized water.
