▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene comprises (i) preparing graphite oxide using graphene, (ii) adding 600 ml water in a storage tank of a fluorinated graphene preparation device, and then adding the graphene oxide, (iii) starting ultrasound and microwave, adding 8-17 g fluorine-containing compound, heating to 80 degrees C, stirring for 3 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain reaction product, and (iv) conducting press filtration washing on the reaction product to reach a pH value of 7, and spray-drying to obtain the fluorinated graphene powder. USE - The fluorinated graphene is useful: in lithium battery electrode materials, lubrication materials, or medicine, catalysis or coating materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and pollution-free; and has short preparation time, low cost and high production yield. The fluorinated graphene can be directly used as or synthesized into a wear resistant material of engine cylinder.
