NOVELTY - Microbial preparation comprises composite bacterial fixative and ferrous stabilizer. The preparation method of composite bacterial fixative involves adding the composite carrier into water and stirring to obtain a premix, where composite carrier comprises sodium alginate, zeolite powder and Calcium Carbonate, and adding compound bacterial liquid, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is dropped into the Calcium chloride solution and left standing for cross-linking to obtain gel balls. The gel balls are washed to obtain a composite bacterial fixative. The ferrous stabilizer is activated carbon loaded with ferrous particles. USE - Microbial preparation for purifying aquaculture water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microbial preparation obtains a faster and more efficient nitrite degradation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for purifying aquaculture water, which involves using the microbial preparation to reduce nitrite and/or nitrate content in aquaculture water.
