NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite involves preparing a graphene oxide dispersion solution, adding a reducing agent to the dispersion solution to produce nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, adding a precursor containing iridium chloride, and performing hydrothermal reaction at 150-200 degrees C.
