NOVELTY - Production of m-ethoxyphenol using byproduct diethyl ether involves catalytically reacting resorcinol and diethyl ether under the action of a catalyst, which is a composite catalyst of graphene-supported dysprosium-type catalyst and USY molecular sieve-supported iron-type catalyst. USE - Production of m-ethoxyphenol using byproduct diethyl ether. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures reuse of diethyl ether byproduct waste.
