NOVELTY - The method involves modifying graphene powder by utilizing a surface active agent. Dispersion plating liquid is injected by modified graphene powder that is arranged on an anode of a pure lead plate. Vacuum drying process is performed on lead-graphene composite material. Multiple stearic acids, dodecyl benzene sodium sulfonate and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide are mixed by the surface active agent. Amount of the modified graphene powder is about 0.1 to 20 g/L. Intermittently stirring process is performed to calculate stirring interval time. USE - Lead-graphene composite material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables arranging positive pole of lead storage battery with positive active material so as to increase battery performance.
