▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A ballistic material comprises a first woven ballistic fabric having a fiber denier of 50-5000 d; and a spunlace nonwoven fiber component having a fiber denier of 0.5-2.5 d and a density of 10-200 g/m2. The spunlace nonwoven fiber component is needle-punched with the first woven ballistic fabric to form the ballistic material. The first woven ballistic fabric consists of ballistic grade polyamide fibers, para-aramid fibers, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, multi-component fibers, or co-polymer fibers. The spunlace nonwoven fiber component consists of ballistic grade polyamide fibers, para-aramid fibers, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, multi-component fibers, or co-polymer fibers. USE - A ballistic material used for finished ballistic product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ballistic material provides a highly dense ballistic product. Different weaves of different denier are provided in the consolidated material to improve the interaction of the material with a projectile in a ballistic event.
