DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene film, which involves dispersing graphene oxide and conductive nanoparticles in a mixed solvent of water and organic solvent, concentrating obtained graphene oxide dispersion, freeze-drying, compressing obtained graphene oxide aerogel, heating and reducing obtained graphene oxide film, immersing primary reduced graphene film in a reducing agent solution, and chemically reducing.
