NOVELTY - A graphene film is composed of a corrugated graphene stack, and contains conductive nanoparticles. The graphene film has specific surface area of 180-300 m2/g. USE - Graphene film is used in electrode (claimed) for supercapacitor, lithium-ion battery and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has high specific capacitance, low internal resistance and low voltage drop, and excellent flexibility, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene film, which involves dispersing graphene oxide and conductive nanoparticles in a mixed solvent of water and organic solvent, concentrating obtained graphene oxide dispersion, freeze-drying, compressing obtained graphene oxide aerogel, heating and reducing obtained graphene oxide film, immersing primary reduced graphene film in a reducing agent solution, and chemically reducing.
