NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic antibacterial non-woven fabric by (i) calcining bamboo powder, cooling, pulverizing, adding ethylene glycol and methacrylic acid block copolymer, azobisisobutyronitrile and ethanol, refluxing and mixing, filtering, washing, vacuum-drying, and crushing to obtain hydrophilic antibacterial bamboo powder, (ii) stirring graphene oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, glucose, and water, reacting, naturally cooling, filtering, drying and crushing, (iii) stirring low density polyethylene, isotactic polypropylene, polyisobutylene, polyvinyl alcohol, hydrophilic antibacterial bamboo powder, hydrophilic enhancer, hyaluronic acid, softener, antistatic agent and lubricant, sending to a twin-screw extruder for melt blending and opening, and passing through a carding machine to card into a fiber web, (iv) drawing the web, feeding into a spunlace area to obtain grey fabric, and (v) drying the grey fabric, soaking in hydrophilic additive, cooling, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophilic antibacterial non-woven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing hydrophilic antibacterial non-woven fabric involves (i) calcining bamboo powder at 400-500 degrees C for 20-30 minutes under nitrogen protection, cooling down to room temperature, pulverizing, adding ethylene glycol and methacrylic acid block copolymer, azobisisobutyronitrile, and ethanol, refluxing and mixing at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, vacuum-drying, and crushing to obtain hydrophilic antibacterial bamboo powder, (ii) uniformly stirring graphene oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, glucose, and water, hydrothermally reacting at 250-300 degrees C for 10-20 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering, drying and crushing to obtain a hydrophilic enhancer, (iii) stirring low density polyethylene, isotactic polypropylene, polyisobutylene, polyvinyl alcohol, hydrophilic antibacterial bamboo powder, hydrophilic enhancer, hyaluronic acid, softener, antistatic agent and lubricant, sending to a twin-screw extruder for melt blending and opening, and passing through a carding machine to card into a fiber web, (iv) drawing the web through a drafting machine in a draft ratio is 1.5-2, feeding into a spunlace area for first spunlace and second spunlace to obtain grey fabric, where the first spunlace pressure is 5-7 MPa, and the second spunlace pressure is 12-14 MPa, and (v) drying the grey fabric, soaking in hydrophilic additive at a temperature of 50-60 degrees C, leaving still for 20-30 minutes, cooling to 2-4 degrees C, leaving still for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing with water, and drying to constant weight at 70-80 degrees C to obtain the product.
