▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A silicone pad comprises silicone foam and thermal diffusion sheet within a thickness of 1.5-15 mm and the silicone foam is formed on one or both sides of the thermal diffusion sheet having thickness of 0.003-2.0 mm and is made of metal-based sheet or carbon-based sheet. The silicone foam contains 20-150 pts. wt. flame-retardant filler containing aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, 0.01-1.0 pts. wt. platinum-based flame retardant containing phosphate-platinum complex (I), 0.0001-0.1 pts. wt. platinum catalyst based on 100 pts. wt. polyorganosiloxane. The polyorganosiloxane contains at least 30-60 wt.% polydiorganosiloxane (A) having two or more unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, 30-60 wt.% polydiorganosiloxane (B) having one or two hydroxyl groups, 5-38 wt.% polydihydrogen siloxane (C) having a hydrogen group at the terminal, and 0.2-20 wt.% polydihydrogen siloxane (D) having at least two hydrogen groups. USE - Silicone pad used for forming buffer pad for use in battery pack (claimed) used in vehicles such as electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The silicone pad has excellent flame retardant property, thermal runaway delay effect due to the heat transfer delay effect by the silicone foam and thermal diffusion effect by thermal diffusion sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silicone pad comprises silicone foam and thermal diffusion sheet within a thickness of 1.5-15 mm and the silicone foam is formed on one or both sides of the thermal diffusion sheet having thickness of 0.003-2.0 mm and is made of metal-based sheet or carbon-based sheet having thermal conductivity. The silicone foam contains 20-150 pts. wt. flame-retardant filler containing aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, 0.01-1.0 pts. wt. platinum-based flame retardant containing phosphate-platinum complex of formula (I), 0.0001-0.1 pts. wt. platinum catalyst based on 100 pts. wt. polyorganosiloxane. The polyorganosiloxane contains at least 30-60 wt.% polydiorganosiloxane (A) having two or more unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, 30-60 wt.% polydiorganosiloxane (B) having one or two hydroxyl groups, 5-38 wt.% polydihydrogen siloxane (C) having a hydrogen group at the terminal, and 0.2-20 wt.% polydihydrogen siloxane (D) having at least two hydrogen groups. The foam structure has hardness (shore 00) of 10-60 and density of 0.20-0.45 g/cm3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for battery pack, which comprises battery cells stacked in a case and a buffer pad made of silicone pad is arranged between the battery cells.
