NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum-based graphene carbon nanotube composite radiating material involves putting 0.02-0.1 mg/ml graphene powder and carbon nanotube in absolute ethyl alcohol solution, adding aluminum salt solution to prepare 0.4-4 mg/ml aluminum salt, dispersing for 3-5 hours, and obtaining dispersed aluminum salt graphene, and mixing carbon nano pipe and electrophoresis liquid; and ultrasonicating 0.01-0.1 mm aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet for 5-10 minutes in absolute ethyl alcohol solution, soaking 0.5-8% dilute nitric acid for 1 minute, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Method for preparing aluminum-based graphene carbon nanotube composite radiating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has simple method, low cost, high heat dissipation efficiency, and large mechanical strength. It is energy-saving and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of aluminum-based graphene carbon nanotube composite radiating material comprises putting 0.02-0.1 mg/ml graphene powder and carbon nanotube in absolute ethyl alcohol solution, adding aluminum salt solution to prepare 0.4-4 mg/ml aluminum salt, dispersing for 3-5 hours, and obtaining dispersed aluminum salt graphene, and mixing carbon nano pipe and electrophoresis liquid; ultrasonicating 0.01-0.1 mm aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet for 5-10 minutes in absolute ethyl alcohol solution, soaking 0.5-8% dilute nitric acid for 1 minute, washing with deionized water, and drying; immersing cathode and anode in aluminum salt graphene, mixing electrophoresis solution of carbon nanotube, and performing electrophoretic deposition for 1-8 minutes; taking out cathode, cold pressing for 10-24 hours to prepare sample, coating with ring, and welding side surface; and annealing for 3-5 hours at 450-550 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, and naturally cooling.
