NOVELTY - Production of environmentally-friendly and high-efficiency knitted fabric involves preparing 54-64 wt.% kapok fiber, 3-8 wt.% graphene and 33-38 wt.% chinlon fiber, blending kapok fiber, graphene cotton fiber and cellulose fiber, carding, roving and spun yarn, using knitted fabric weaving machine to obtain knitted fabric, adding decontamination finishing liquid into dipping pool, heating to 25-35 degrees C, putting knitted fabric needed to be finished, keeping for 20-30 minutes, taking out and drying, adding 2-5 pts. wt. nano antibacterial liquid, 1-3 pts. wt. antibacterial liquid, 1-2 pts. wt. color fixing agent and water, stirring at normal temperature for 20-30 minutes, placing knitted fabric in dipping groove, heating to 42-52 degrees C, soaking for 1-2 hours, raising temperature to 62-88 degrees C, soaking for 3.5-5.5 hours, using stentering dryer to dry knitted fabric, baking by heat setting machine, putting knitted fabric into cleaning solution for cleaning. USE - Method for producing knitted fabric used in factory workshop or outdoor work and other oil stain working environment. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and efficient. The fabric has improved abrasion resistance, low temperature far infrared heating, anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial and anti-mite function, good water-repellent and oil-repellent performance, and widely applied to factory workshop or outdoor work and other oil stain working environment.
