NOVELTY - Preparing an emulsion involves: (1) weighing a graphene aqueous dispersion, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether O-4 emulsifier, acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate, dissolving the entire graphene aqueous dispersion, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether O-4 emulsifier and 1/3 of total amount of acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, evenly stirring, controlling the temperature at 75-85 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours; and (2) then dissolving remaining 2/3 of total acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, dripping into the just-stirred mixed solution, where the dripping time is controlled at 2-3 hours, heat preserving and leaving still. USE - The method is useful for preparing an emulsion, which is useful for a residential wall surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of the emulsion with excellent flame resistance anti-electromagnetic shielding property and without causing pollution to the environment. The emulsion is convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing an emulsion involves: (1) weighing a graphene aqueous dispersion, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether O-4 emulsifier, acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate, dissolving the entire graphene aqueous dispersion, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether O-4 emulsifier and 1/3 of the total acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, evenly stirring, controlling the temperature at 75-85 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours; and (2) then dissolving remaining 2/3 of total amount of acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, dripping into the just-stirred mixed solution, where the dripping time is controlled at 2-3 hours, heat preserving for 2-3 hours after the dripping is completed, and leaving still for one month to prepare polyacrylate/graphene aqueous dispersion composite emulsion. The mass ratio of graphene aqueous dispersion, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether O-4 emulsifier, acrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, butyl acrylate, vinyl phosphate and ammonium persulfate is (5-10) ml:(0.5-1) g:(1-2) g:(0.1-0.2) mol:(0.1-0.2) mol:(0.1-0.2) mol:(0.1-0.2) mol:(0.5-1) g. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the emulsion for residential wall surface; and (2) an application method of the emulsion for residential wall surface, which involves diluting the emulsion prepared by the above method with water, and directly coating the diluted solution on the residential wall surface with a coating amount of 50-100 g/m2, and naturally drying for 1-2 days.
