▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide involves performing heat treatment by mixing graphite and metal carbonate. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide used for producing reduced graphene oxide used in conductive ink composition (all claimed). Can also be used for electronic devices, sensors, supercapacitors, and solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and time-saving manufacture of single layer graphene oxide with improved quality and reduced impurities. The method is carried out without using a strong acid. The method provides reduced graphene oxide having high specific surface area. The method is capable of easily cleaning impurities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene oxide, which has a carbon/oxygen atomic ratio of 1.75 or more; and (2) production of reduced graphene oxide having a high specific surface area, which involves reducing the prepared graphene oxide.
