NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide comprises at 0 degrees C, adding (g) graphite powder (5) and sodium nitrite (3), slowly to 98% sulfuric acid (60 mL), continuously stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate (8-15 g), slowly adding 150-200 ml pure water, changing of bright yellow from brown transition of solution, adding 500 mL super-pure water and 40 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide, putting into 200 mL super-pure water to disperse and emulsify machine, vacuum freezing graphene oxide solution at - 20 to 0 degrees C and drying to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Method of preparation of graphene oxide (claimed) used as medicine carrier and mechanical wild phase. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, fast, safe and environment-friendly, and suitable for industrial production, and can effectively reduce layer number of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide comprises at 0 degrees C, adding (g) graphite powder (5) and sodium nitrite (3), slowly adding to 98% sulfuric acid (60 mL), continuously stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate (8-15 g), maintaining constant temperature for 2 hours, increasing temperature to 35-55 degrees C, slowly adding 150-200 ml pure water, continuously increasing temperature to 98 degrees C, changing of bright yellow from brown transition of solution, and adding 500 mL super-pure water and 40 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide, removing unreacted potassium permanganate, filtering, washing filter cake with hydrochloric acid until no sulfate detection to filtrate, and washing with super pure water until neutral to obtain graphene oxide filter cake to filtrate; and putting into 200 mL super-pure water to disperse and emulsify machine under 3000-5000 revolutions/minute, processing at 20-30 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide sol-gel, vacuum freezing graphene oxide solution at - 20 to 0 degrees C and drying to obtain graphene oxide.
