NOVELTY - Bone-targeted drug-loading system comprises bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) modified polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel complex, where the BMP-2 is a guide or target, the polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel is a drug carrier, and the BMP-2 is attached to the surface of the polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel. USE - As bone-targeted drug-loading system. ADVANTAGE - The bone-targeted drug-loading system is an excellent drug carrier having bone targeting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the bone-targeted drug-loading system involves (a) preparing polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel, (b) constructing BMP-2 plasmid, and (c) preparing BMP-2 modified polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel complex by mixing polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot gel and BMP-2 plasmid uniformly, centrifuging the mixture, placing the mixture in a water bath, preheating the mixture using a water bath at 40-60 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, vortexing the mixture, placing the mixture at room temperature to obtain a polysaccharide-graphene quantum dot-BMP-2 CDNA, centrifuging the mixture, discarding supernatant, rinsing the precipitate, and freeze-drying the precipitate to obtain BMP-2 modified chitosan-graphene quantum dot gel.
