▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves co-locating the graphene chloride and acetylene black in an ethanol solution to be mixed by an ultrasonic mixer for 20 to 30 minutes to obtain an active slurry layer. The aluminum oxide, potassium oxide and epoxy resin are co-located in an ether solution to be dried to form a conductive paste layer. The conductive paste layer and the active slurry layer are applied to the surface of the metal foil in sequence. The metal foil coated with the conductive paste layer and the active slurry layer is placed in a heating furnace for high-temperature carbonization treatment. USE - Method for preparing super capacitor electrode sheet used in electronics and automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The mixing and stirring of graphene chloride and acetylene black is adopted to form an active slurry layer, so as to protect the surface of the electrode sheet while effectively protecting the electrode sheet, and realizing rapid charging and discharging of the electrode sheet. By mixing and drying aluminum oxide, potassium oxide and epoxy resin to form a conductive paste layer, the conductive paste layer is effectively adhered to the surface of the metal foil, thus avoiding the delamination of the electrode sheet, and facilitating good electrical conductivity of the electrode sheet. The high-temperature carbonization treatment of the electrode sheets in an atmosphere surrounded by hydrogen gas is realized, thus ensuring that the surface layer of the electrode sheets is not sufficiently carbonized under external air interference.
