NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene air purifier filter material, involves washing the high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in absolute ethanol, drying in a vacuum drying oven, leaving still, adding natural graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath conditions, stirring, adding strong oxidizing agent, heating, dripping hydrogen peroxide, washing with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, adding deionized water, ultrasonically processing, diluting with deionized water to form graphene oxide solution, adding aqueous solution of silver nitrate and aqueous solution of citric acid to graphene oxide solution, obtaining nano silver/graphene solution, adding ethylenediamine and aqueous ammonia to nanosilver/graphene solution and stirring to obtain mixed solution, immersing dried high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in mixed solution, placing in oven, immersing dried high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in dimethyl siloxane solution and drying in oven. USE - Preparation of graphene high efficiency air purifier filter material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene high efficiency air purifier filter material with excellent antibacterial sterilization and adsorption capacity and gas permeability, and effectively adsorbs tiny particles in the air, inhibits bacterial growth and reproduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene air purifier filter material, involves (1) washing the high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in absolute ethanol for 10-20 minutes, drying in a vacuum drying oven, leaving still, (2) adding natural graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath conditions, stirring, adding strong oxidizing agent, heating, dripping hydrogen peroxide, washing with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, adding deionized water, ultrasonically processing, diluting with deionized water to form graphene oxide solution with concentration of 1-10 mg/mL, (3) adding aqueous solution of silver nitrate and aqueous solution of citric acid to graphene oxide solution, obtaining nano silver/graphene solution, (4) adding ethylenediamine and aqueous ammonia to nanosilver/graphene solution and stirring to obtain mixed solution, (5) immersing dried high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in mixed solution for 30-60 minutes, placing in oven at 80 degrees C, immersing dried high efficiency particulate air filter cotton in dimethyl siloxane solution for 4-7 hours and drying in oven at 100 degrees C.
