NOVELTY - The detector has first and second electrode arranged on a surface of a graphene layer. A metal particle layer is arranged on the Graphene layer and a side part of the first electrode and the second electrode, where a material of the metal particle layer includes a noble metal gold, a Silver and a molybdenum. The Graphene layer and the first and second electrode are formed with multiple holes. The hole is placed with multiple metal unit, where the metal unit is made of a noble metal gold, a Silver and a molybdenum. A resonant cavity is formed between a first Graphene layer and a second Graphene layer. USE - Photo-thermal effect based light intensity detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector can obtain the graphene layer corresponding relation of a thermal noise and a light intensity so as to obtain strong light flows in an optical fiber to be measured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a photo-thermal effect based light intensity system.
