NOVELTY - Metallurgical material comprises 1-10 pts. wt. nickel, 10-20 pts. wt. barium stearate, 20-30 pts. wt. red elm powder, 12-22 pts. wt. agar wood powder, 10-20 pts. wt. tin and 1-10 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The metallurgical material is useful in preparing metallurgical material mold for anti-corrosion valve (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metallurgical material is healthy and harmless to the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metallurgical material mold comprising (i) grinding barium stearate, red elm powder, and tin into powder, placing them into a container, (ii) placing the container in a stirrer, stirring for 30-50 minutes, heating at 300-350 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 40-60 minutes, (iii) stirring again the container mixture, adding nickel, agar wood powder and graphene in sequence, heating at 400-450 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 30-50 minutes, (iv) cooling the above mixture to 100-150 degrees C for 80-120 minutes, stirring again and allowing to stand for cooling and shaping to obtain final product.
