NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite material comprises e.g. (i) (a) preparing graphene oxide by ultrasonic method, adding graphene oxide dispersion into distilled water, and (ii) (b) mixing ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, adding deionized water, (c) adding stirred graphene solution into ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate aqueous solution, (d) adding aqueous ammonia, crystallizing, and (e) performing ultrasound vibration of graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite dispersion, separating, and washing. USE - The graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite material is useful as sewage treatment catalyst (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite material comprises (i) (a) preparing graphene oxide by ultrasonic method, adding graphene oxide dispersion into distilled water and stirring, then centrifugating with ultrasonic cell shredder for 1-5 minutes, taking upper layer of graphene oxide solution, and (ii) (b) mixing ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, adding deionized water, stirring, (c) adding uniformly stirred graphene solution into ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate aqueous solution, stirring for 20-50 minutes to obtain mixed solution, (d) adding aqueous ammonia, crystallizing for 1-4 hours to obtain graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite dispersion, and (e) performing ultrasound vibration of graphene/ferric trioxide magnetic nanocomposite dispersion for 20-50 minutes, separating graphene/ferric oxide magnetic nanocomposite by suction filtration, and washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, filtering cake 2-5 times, vacuum drying the sample and grinding to obtain final product.
