NOVELTY - Reinforced conductive graphene comprises 10-17 pts. wt. alkenyl succinic anhydride, 1-2 pts. wt. glycerin monostearate, 100-130 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. thiophene, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ferric chloride, 2-4 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxy silane, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 0.03-0.1 pts. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, and 1-2 pts. wt. salicylic acid. USE - Reinforced conductive graphene. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced conductive graphene realizes efficient dispersion of the materials, and improves the mechanical stability and electric stability of the finished material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing reinforced conductive graphene, which involves: (A) taking ferric trichloride, adding 20-30 times of de-ionized water, and uniformly stirring; (B) taking graphene, adding to 10-17 times of 95-97 % of sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonic treating for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing for de-ionized water and drying at normal temperature, blending with dithio-salicylic acid, adding to 5-6 times of mixed material, and uniformly stirring to obtain graphene dispersion; (C) taking 10-14 times ammonium persulfate, adding into de-ionized water, and uniformly stirring; (D) taking alkenyl succinic anhydride, adding into graphene dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, feeding to reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 60-65 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 3-4 hours, discharging and cooling to obtain poly-anhydride modified graphene solution; (E) taking thiofuran, aminopropyl triethoxy silane, absoluteethyl alcohol, adding 4-6 times of mixed material, stirring uniformly, feeding into reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 10-15 degrees C, adding ferric trichloride aqueous solution, stirring and reacting for 10-13 hours, discharging, distilling to remove ethanol to obtain amino thiophene solution; and (F) taking polyanhydride modified graphene solution, aminopoly thiophene solution, stirring uniformly, adding glycerin monostearate, dibutyl tin laurate, heating at 65-70 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing filtercake with water, and drying at normal temperature to obtain conductive reinforced graphene.
